The questions people ask before they call.

Straight answers, in the order people ask them.

How long does a bathroom take?

Three weeks on site for most full renovations, once the tile and fixtures are in hand. The schedule is in writing before we start.

Do you charge for the first visit?

The first visit is free. Measured drawings and a rendering are a design fee, credited to the build if you go ahead.

Can we use the other bathroom during the work?

Yes. We seal the work zone with a zip wall and clean up every day. If it is your only bathroom, we set up the schedule so the toilet is out for one day, not three.

What if you find rot under the floor?

You hear about it the same day, with photos, options and the cost of each. Nothing is done until you choose.

Who is on site?

Our own tile setters and carpenters, plus licensed plumbers and electricians we have worked with for years. The designer visits every week.
