How does booking work?
Pick the service, the date and how many lawns, and you see what is open. You get a confirmation text and a reminder the day before.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need the gate unlocked and the dog inside. You get a text when we arrive and when we finish.
What if it rains?
We move to the next dry day and text you the new date. Weekly customers are never skipped, only shifted.
Is there a contract for mowing?
No. Weekly mowing is month to month. Snow removal is a seasonal contract because the truck has to be reserved.
How do I pay?
Card on file, charged after each visit, with a receipt by text and email.
