DarkTiger Studios LLC ("DarkTiger Studios," "we," "us") builds mobile applications, websites, and digital education content. This policy describes how we handle information on this website and across our products. Individual products publish their own product-specific privacy policies, which apply in addition to this one.
1. What this website collects
- No accounts, no tracking cookies. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-preserving service that reports aggregate traffic (page views, approximate region) without cookies, fingerprinting, or any data that identifies you as an individual. We can see that a visit happened, never who visited.
- The contact form collects the name, email address, and message you choose to submit, used only to respond to you. Submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our inbox.
- Email you send us is used only to respond to you.
2. Our apps
Our apps are designed privacy-first. Where an app stores your activity, such as training progress, that data stays on your device unless the app's own policy states otherwise. Each app's App Store listing links its product-specific policy.
3. Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions in our iOS apps are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Where we sell digital goods directly, payments are processed by Stripe, and Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
5. Data processors
- Vercel — website hosting and privacy-preserving analytics
- FormSubmit — contact form delivery
- Apple — App Store distribution and in-app payment processing
- Stripe — direct payment processing, where offered
