DarkTiger Studios is run by Joeless Pierre in Albany, New York. The design, the code, the words, the testing, and the person who answers the phone are the same person. That is not a limitation. It is the reason nothing gets lost between the call and the site.
Who you are working with
Joeless Pierre
Full-stack developer and the founder of DarkTiger Studios. Before building sites for other businesses, the studio built and shipped three of its own: Foyer, the open house check-in app for real estate teams; Defense IQ, an iOS app that went through App Store review; and DarkTiger Football, a free seventy-lesson classroom. Every one of them is live, and every one is held to the same gate your site will be.
Also a licensed New York real estate salesperson, which is why independent brokerages get a site built by someone who has actually run an open house and knows what a listing page has to do.

How we work
Four rules we do not bend.
Describe what it is. No hype words on your site or ours. If a page says "premium," the gate report proves it.
Measure, then say. Every number we put in front of you is a measurement you can repeat. We do not quote industry averages we cannot source.
You own it. Your domain and Google accounts in your name from the first day. The site and its code transferred to you on final payment, or free on request under a Care Plan. We never hold a password.
Say no early. If we are not the right fit, you hear it on the first call, not after a deposit.
