Website Fix and Search and AI Foundations

Paid in full up front. If you cancel before we have started, you get a full refund. Work starts the day we make the first change to your site or send you the first item in the scope, whichever comes first. If we find that your platform will not let us deliver an item in the scope, we tell you before touching it and refund in full. Once the work is delivered and the before-and-after report is sent, the service is complete and not refundable.

Website builds

The 50 percent deposit is fully refundable until the Work Starts date in your scope. If we start earlier for any reason we tell you in writing first, and that written date becomes the start. After work starts, the deposit covers the work already done and is not refunded; if you cancel, you receive the files for the work you have paid for. A project that stalls for 60 days with nothing from you closes on the same basis. The balance is due before the site goes live; if you choose not to go live, you keep the files for the work you paid for.

Care Plan

Month to month, no contract. Cancel yourself any time at the billing page, or by email or text, and you will not be charged again. The current month is not refunded in part. Within five business days of cancelling we hand over a full copy of your site and transfer every account the studio was invited into, free. Your domain and accounts were always in your name.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

Tell us and we refund the duplicate the same day.

Prepaid Care Plan terms

Six months paid up front runs seven. Cancel at any point and every full unused month is refunded to the card that paid, within five business days. The free month is the last one, so it is never the one refunded.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Care Plan subscribers can cancel, or change the card on file, at the billing page. Enter the email you paid with and Stripe sends a sign-in code; no password, no waiting on us. It takes effect the same day.
