Refunds and cancellations

Website Fix and Search and AI Foundations

Paid in full up front. If you cancel before we have started, you get a full refund. If we find that your platform will not let us deliver an item in the scope, we tell you before touching it and refund in full. Once the work is delivered and the before-and-after report is sent, the service is complete and not refundable.

Website builds

The 50 percent deposit is fully refundable until work starts. Work starts the day we send you the first design or the first page, whichever comes first. After that, the deposit covers the work already done and is not refunded. The balance is due before the site goes live; if you choose not to go live, you keep the files for the work you paid for.

Care Plan

Month to month, no contract. Cancel any time by email or text and you will not be charged again. The current month is not refunded in part. Within five business days of cancelling we hand over a full copy of your site and every login, free. Your domain and accounts were always in your name.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

Tell us and we refund the duplicate the same day.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email hello@darktigerstudio.com or text (914) 434-8383. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
