  1. Audit, free. Your address goes in. Within one business day you have the report, every failure in plain language. You keep it either way.
  2. Call, thirty minutes. We go through the report together and ask what the site is for: calls, bookings, credibility, all three. If we are not the right fit, we say so here and you have lost thirty minutes. Book the call.
  3. Scope, one page. What we will build, what it costs, when it is done, what we need from you. You approve it in writing. Nothing starts before that. No exceptions.
  4. Deposit. Fixed-price work is paid in full; builds are half now. Stripe payment link, receipt by email. This is Gate 1: no build before the deposit has cleared.
  5. Content in. Your words, photos and logo, or ours if the scope says so. Days waiting on content do not count against the timeline, and we tell you when we are waiting.
  6. Design and build. Designed for how your field sells, built for a phone first. You see a working page, not a picture of one.
  7. Revisions. The rounds in the scope. Each round is one consolidated list, so nothing gets lost in a thread.
  8. The gate. Every page is run through our 50-plus-check gate: performance, accessibility, search setup, security, forms, mobile layout, copy. Zero failures, or it does not ship. You get the report.
  9. Go live. Balance paid, domain pointed, secure address confirmed, search engines notified, forms tested from a real phone on a cellular connection.
  10. Handover. The moment the balance clears, the site and its code are moved into accounts in your name, or kept under the studio while you keep a Care Plan and moved free within five business days whenever you ask. You do not have to do anything technical for that to happen. Your domain and Google accounts were yours from day one. A short written guide to what you now own, and your private page stays live.

Domain and Google accounts confirmed in your name, and the hosting and code transfer ready to send the moment the balance clears, before the balance is invoiced.

Every client gets a private page on this domain. It shows the ten steps of the build and which one is happening now, the site's latest speed and accessibility numbers from the same gate every site must pass, a one-click form to request an edit, the billing page to change a card or cancel, and a plain list of what you own. No login to remember and nothing to install.

You never touch a hosting account or a code repository. When something needs changing, you say so on this page and it gets done.

What you own

Your domain is registered to you from day one, because it is the one thing that takes days to move and the one thing nobody should be able to hold over you. The site is built under the studio's hosting and code accounts so you do not have to open three accounts before we start, and it is transferred to you on final payment, or kept under the studio on a Care Plan and transferred free within five business days whenever you ask. We never ask for a password.
