Each figure below is from our own gate's Lighthouse mobile run on the date printed beside it, and you can check today's scores for either website at pagespeed.web.dev in about a minute. The gate has gained checks since those runs; a client site is held to the gate as it stands on the day it launches.

Not a sign-in sheet. The open house check-in app.

Visitors scan a QR code at the door and check in on their own phone. Buyers are scored while they are still in the house, the listing agent sends the seller a report when the doors lock, and once the team's CRM is connected every lead lands in it. Designed, built, and run by this studio, with billing live through Stripe.

Seventy illustrated coverage lessons, each a free four-page PDF, plus a 73-page playbook. Written, illustrated and published by one content pipeline. It is a content-heavy site whose first screen still arrives in 1.5 seconds on Google's slow-phone lab test, at a page weight of 153 KB.

Placeholder businesses, real sites. Every page works, every link clicks through, and each one passes our gate with zero failures, each home page 90 or better on Google's mobile speed test, checked at seven screen widths. The name says Your Business Here and the phone is a 555 number, because the design is what you are judging.

  • Plumbing and drain service. The emergency-trade homepage: hours and phone in the utility bar, photo hero, service cards, three steps, reviews, questions, form. Proof structure, Clean style.
  • Design and remodeling. The finished job is the argument: a kitchen clip that plays on hover, photo service tiles, a gallery, the designer's portrait. Showcase structure, Editorial style.
