Privacy

We collect the least we can and we tell you exactly what that is. Last updated September 18, 2026.

What we collect, and why

When you send a form (audit request, contact, build request, current client request): the details you type, your web address if you give it, and the time you sent it. The current client form can also include an invoice number or a project name if you enter one. This goes to our email through FormSubmit so we can reply. We use it to reply and for nothing else. No form on this site collects a card number or a password.

When you request a free audit: the web address you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights to produce the instant preview score, and to our own audit tools to produce the full report. Google's handling of that request is governed by Google's privacy policy.

When you pay: Stripe collects your card and billing details on Stripe's own checkout page. We receive your name, email, the product, and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store the full card number.

Server logs: our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (address, page, time) for a short period for security. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site they are privacy-respecting page counts with no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Stripe's checkout page sets its own, described in Stripe's policy.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except records we are required to keep for tax and payment purposes. Email hello@darktigerstudio.com.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
