Do you charge for estimates?
No. Every estimate is free and in writing before any work starts.
How fast can you get here?
Emergencies, same day, usually within two hours. Everything else gets a date, not a window.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, a master plumber license wherever the work requires one, and full liability insurance (sample). Ask and we send the paperwork.
Do you work weekends?
Seven days, 7 AM to 9 PM. Emergency calls are answered around the clock.
Can I supply my own fixtures?
Yes. We install what you bought or what we bring. Either way it is pressure-tested before we leave.
How do I pay?
Card, check or cash, after the work, against the written estimate.
