- Water heater flushed to clear sediment
- Relief valve on the water heater tested
- Main and fixture shutoff valves opened and closed, so they turn when you need them
- Supply lines under every sink and behind every toilet checked for leaks and wear
- Toilet fill valves adjusted and checked for silent leaks
- Water pressure measured and written down
- Sump pump tested, where there is one
- A written report of the visit, left with you

The visits without the plan
Without the plan, one visit is $189 (sample).
- Complete: 2 visits at $189 each come to $378 a year. Complete is $269 a year.
- Standard: 1 visit at $189 comes to $189 a year. Standard is $159 a year.

- How to enroll
- Call the office or send the form. We confirm the plan by phone, take the first payment by card and email you the plan agreement.
- Billing
- Monthly by card on the date you join, or once a year up front.
- When it starts
- The day you join. We call to book your first visit.
Questions about the plan
Do I have to be home for the visit?
Yes, or another adult who can let us in. We need to reach the water heater, the main shutoff and each bathroom.
What if something breaks between visits?
Call the office. It is booked like any other repair. The plan discount is taken off the invoice before you pay.
Does the plan cover a second water heater?
The plan covers one water heater. A second one can be added for an extra charge.

- Renewal
- The plan renews each year on the date you joined, at the price on this page at that time. We email you before each renewal date with the price for the coming year.
- How to cancel
- Cancel any time by phone, by email or online. Monthly billing stops at the end of the month you cancel in, and nothing more is charged.

- If you paid for the year up front and cancel before your first visit, you get it all back. After a visit, you get back the unused months, less the regular price of each visit already done.
